Here at the Dog Daddy we aim to give our clients a professional service, treating them and their dogs with respect and dignity. Owning a dog in todays society has changed dramatically over the last decade. Our forever busier lives pose new challenges for dogs as they do not evolve at the same pace as humans.
Many different training methods and theories have been used. From dominance training to the now current trend Positive Reinforcement Training.
The Dog Daddy believes that there should be a balance to learning, like all things in life. Sometimes we are rewarded for the good choices and things we do. Therefore we are likely to make better choices in the future, as for our dogs. Enabling to make better informed choices!
So why should dog training be any different? It Shouldn't!
Dogs like many other animals learn on the same principles as us humans. Providing a balance of training will help teach your dog to listen to you and the commands given, in a number of environments, which in essence is what we as dog owners all want to achieve.
Using a variety of different techniques, suited to each individual dog, we believe that any dog regardless of age or breed can be trained to live a harmonious life with its owner.
